高原地区体外受精-胚胎移植后早期妊娠丢失的相关因素分析 被引量:2

Analysis of Related Factors of Early Pregnancy Loss after In Vitro Fertilization - Embryo Transfer at High Altitude

摘要 目的:探讨高原地区体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)后早期妊娠丢失的相关因素。方法:回顾性分析2008年5月—2010年6月在我中心行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)或单精子卵胞浆内注射(ICSI)后成功妊娠的253例患者的资料,根据妊娠结局分为早期妊娠丢失组和对照组,比较两组间患者年龄、流产次数、基础FSH、基础LH、基础E2、基础T、Gn用量、Gn天数、HCG日E2、HCG日P、内膜厚度、获卵数、孕胎数等的差异;比较IVF与ICSI两组间早期妊娠丢失率的差异及长方案、短方案两组间早期妊娠丢失率的差异。结果:高原地区早期妊娠丢失率与平原地区相似;早期妊娠丢失组的年龄高于对照组,丢失组的孕胎数、获卵数均低于对照组。结论:高原地区引起IVFET后妊娠丢失的原因复杂,可能与患者的年龄、孕胎数、获卵数等因素相关,与高原缺氧无关。 Objective:To discus the related factors of early pregnancy loss (EPL) after in vitro fertilization - embryo transfer ( IVF - ET) at high altitude. Methods :253 cases of pregnancy after IVF - ET or ICSI ( intra - cy- toplasmic sperm injection) from May 2008 to Jun 2010 were collected and assigned to the pregnancy loss group ( n =69) and the control group (n = 184) who had over 12 weeks pregnancy. Age, abortion times, basal FSH,LH, E2 and T, E on the day of HCG, P on the day of HCG, endometrium thickness, winning egg and at births were compared in the both groups. And rate of EPL in IVF and ICSI were compared between the two groups, as well long and short progress. Results:The age is older in EPL group than that in control group; the winning eggs and at births were lower in EPL group than that in control group. Conclusions: Factor of age, winning eggs and births could associate with EPL after IVF -ET at high altitude, but nothing to do with plateau hypoxia.
