饲料中海洋红酵母不同添加量对大菱鲆摄食生长的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究了大菱鲆饲料中添加不同含量的海洋红酵母对其摄食生长的影响.在基础饲料中分别添加0,0.5,1.0,1.5 g/kg的海洋红酵母制成4种试验料,分别饲喂初始体质量为(85.60士0.33)g的大菱鲆,试验用鱼共1 140尾,随机分为4组,每组设3个重复,每个重复95尾,试验期为4周.结果表明:各试验组间大菱鲆的摄食率、相对增重率、特定生长率和饵料系数均没有显著差异(P>0.05).说明在白鱼粉为主的大菱鲆饲料中添加海洋红酵母0.5~1.5 g/kg不能提高大菱鲆的摄食和生长性能. The experiment was conducted to evaluate the influence of different amount of Rhodotorula benthica in diet on the growth performance of turbots. Four kinds of test material were made by adding 0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 g/kg of R. benthica into basal diet, and were fed respectively to turbots with initial body weight of (85.60±0.33) g. The turbots were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates in each group, 95 fishes per replicate. The experiment lasted for four weeks. The results showed that the feeding rate, relative weight gain, specific growth rate and feed conversion ratio of each experimental group were not significantly affected by the amount of R. benthica in the diet (P〉0. 05). In conclusion, i he feeding and growth performance of turbots cannot be improved by adding 0. 5 - 1.5 g/kg of R. benthica into the turbot diet dominated by white fish meal.
