白光LED滴胶灯带色温漂移现象规律的初步探讨 被引量:1

摘要 研究用于白光LED滴胶柔性灯带的色温漂移现象,同时对硅胶、聚氨酯、硅橡胶、有机硅胶材料用于滴胶灯带上产生色温漂移的实验数据进行科学总结和分析;测试各种材料制备的白光LED灯珠在滴胶前的基本光学参数、色温、色坐标参数,对比滴胶后的白光LED灯珠的基本光学参数、色温、色坐标等,研究不同色温的白光LED灯珠的测试数据;对结果进行分析,发现滴胶灯带在滴胶后色温相对滴胶前LED灯珠色温呈非线性升高趋势。总结这种材料用于白光LED滴胶灯带产生色温漂移的共同规律,根据实验数据和体现出的规律,结合材料学、光学、光度学原理进行初步分析和讨论,色温漂移是由于材料对不同波长的吸收不同,同时光线的颜色刺激值随波长而变化共同导致的结果。 The paper researched the color temperature shifts phenomenon of white LED glue flexible strip, also analyzed and summarized the experiments' data of color temperature shifts with different glue materials--silicone gel, epoxy resin, silicone resin, silicone rubber and polyurethane, we tested the photoelectric parameters, color temperatures and chromaticity coordinates of the samples before and after these glues were applied on the white LED strips, compared these testing data before and after applying glue, as well as the testing data of LED white strips with different color temperature. It is concluded that the color temperature shifts were nonlinear raise before and after these glue applied the LED lamps, the changing trends were the same to all of these glue materials applied to the white LED strip. We preliminarily discussed and analyzed the changing trends based on the materials science, optics and photometry theory. The cause of the color temperature shifts is that the light absorption of materials are different with different wavelength and tristimulus values of light are changed with different wavelength.
