文章围绕"三农"问题,结合巴彦淖尔市农牧民负担监督管理现状、突出问题,就减轻农牧民负担提出相应的解决对策。
Based on the ＂three rural issues＂, combined with the city of Bayannaoer fanning herdsman burden of supervision and management development present situation, problems and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to reduce the burden of farmers and herdsmen.
