摘要
综述了桥联杯[6]芳烃的合成及构象固定等方面的研究进展,并以下缘1,4位桥联杯[6]芳烃,杯[6]冠醚和杯[6]穴醚及其类似物等主体分子为重点,综述了桥联杯[6]芳烃在分子识别和超分子化学领域中应用研究的最新进展。
Bridged calix[6]arenas, which have the advandge of preorganizing the calixarene conformations suitable for molecular recognition, are becoming one of the latest central interests in calixarene chemistry. This paper reviews the research progress of bridged calix [ 6 ] arenes, including their preparations, conformation immobilization and spectral characteristics, molecular recognition ability, applications in the field of synthetic organic chemistry and supramolecular chemistry. Several types of important members in this family, such as rigid - spacer- briged calix[6]arenes, calix[6] crowns, and calix[6] cryptands are highlighted in detail.
