随着对糖尿病病机认识的深入,"脾虚"已成为关键病机,"从脾论治"成为核心治疗方法。肠促胰岛素的变化对糖脂代谢紊乱和能量平衡失调有重要影响,胰升糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)能有效降糖、减轻体质量和减少低血糖发生。肠促胰岛素对2型糖尿病的治疗方法研究显示,其与中医"益气健脾"治疗糖尿病相吻合,为从脾论治糖尿病提供更充分的理论与临床依据。

With the deeper understanding of diabetes mellitus pathogenesis of TCM,spleen deficiency has become the key pathogenesis. Treats through spleen of TCM has become a central part of the treatment. Variation of incretin such as GLP-1 makes important effects on the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism and energy balance from reducing blood glucose, reducing body weight and lowering hypoglycemia. Studies shows that treats for type 2 diabetes mellitus through incretin happened to coincide with replenishing Qi to invigorate the spleen in TCM,which provide a more sufficient basis on theory and practice for treats through spleen of diabetes mellitus.
