摘要
诱导珍珠花 (StaphyleabumaldaDC)丛生芽的最佳培养基为MS基本培养基附加NAA 0 .2mg·L-1和BA 5mg·L-1,无菌苗在 1 /2MS培养基中附加NAA 1mg·L-1、活性碳 0 .4 5g·L-1、硫胺素 1mg·L-1、蔗糖 2 0g·L-1能长根形成完整植株 .
Effects of some factors on formation of multiple-buds an d rooting shoot tips of Staphylea bumalda DC in vitro have been studied.The results showed that the kind and the concentration of hormone were the keys whi ch adjusted formation of multiple-buds.The highest rate of multiple-buds inducti on was formatted on MS medium containing BA 4~5 mg·L- -1 and N 0.2?mg· L- -1.Higher BA concentration would induce a great deal of callus forma tting.It was also found that the best rooting results were obtained in N 1?m g·L- -1. When the concentration of sucrose in medium was 15~20 g·L- -1the rooting rate could be marked risen. The experiment revealed that th e rooting rate was higher on 1/2 MS than on MS medium.The activated charcoal had remarkable effect on rooting.
