摘要
采用溶胶 -凝胶工艺制备了不同晶粒大小的掺铅钛酸钡纳米晶 .用XRD ,TEM和Raman研究了BPT样品的晶粒大小、结构及其相变特性 .结果表明 ,BPT纳米晶最低晶化温度为 5 5 0℃ ,高于 6 5 0℃热处理的纳米晶BPT在常温下为四方相 .随着晶粒尺寸的减小 ,由四方相向立方相过度 .
Nanocrystalline (Ba,Pb)TiO 3 (BPT) with various grain sizes were prepared by a sol_gel process. The grain size and structure and phase properties of nanocrystalline BPT were studied by TEM and XRD and Raman. The result showed that the lowest crystallization temperature of BPTgel is 550℃, and heat_treated temperature over 650℃, the nanocrystalline BPT is tetragonal phase. The structure phase transitsfrom tetragonal to cubic with decreasing particle size.
