摘要
2,3,7-三羟基-9-[4-(3-羧基-4-羟基苯)-偶氮]-苯基萤光酮,简称 p-CHPA-PF 是一种新的显色剂。该试剂在微碱性介质中,与 Ge(Ⅳ)形成二元配合物。有 Tween80存在时,形成三元配合物,灵敏度提高4倍多,表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(534)′为9.71×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),用双波长倍增法测定较单波长法又提高了约29.8%,表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(534-466)′为1.26×10~5L.mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。拟定的分析方法,应用于地质样品中微量锗的测定,结果满意。
A highly sensitive colour reaction of Ge with 2,3,7-trihydroxy-9-[4-(3-carboxy -4-hydroxy)-phenylazo]fluorone and Tween-80 has been studied.The complex is formed in a medium of Atkins-Pantin at pH 7.8~8.4,and stands stable for 24h,The apparent molar absorptivity is 9.7×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 534 nm and 1.26×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) by dual-wavel ength measurement.Beer's law is obeyed from 0 to 13μg/25ml of Ge.The method has been used for the determination of trace Ge with satisfactory results.
