摘要
本文研究了一系列萜类官能团位置异构体和立体异构体的氨及异丁烷化学电离质谱;讨论了它们的化学电离过程及其反应气压力因素的影响,提出了一辨析上述异构体的有效方法.
The chemical ionization(CI)mass spectra of a series of terpene functional group positional isomers and stereoisomers have been studied using ammonia and isobutane as reagent gases.By investigating their ionization mechanisms,we suggested that a low energy electron impact (LEEI)ionization mode exists in CI processes.Based on the depe- ndence of the LEEI ionization mode on the reagent gas pressure and substrate moleculal structure,the best characterization of the structural differences between above terpene iso- mers was realized by selecting suitable reagent gas pressure.These isomers were efficien- tly distinguished by the proposed method.
