滋阴化瘀通络汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变36例观察

目的 :观察滋阴化瘀通络汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法 :72例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组36例与对照组36例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组采用滋阴化瘀通络汤治疗。结果 :总有效率治疗组91.67%、对照组58.33%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 :滋阴化瘀通络汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有较好临床疗效。

Objective： To observe clinical effect of Ziyin Huayu Tongluo Tang in treatment of diabetic peripheral nerve lesions. Methods： 72 patients of diabetic peripheral nerve lesions were randomly divided into the control group of 36 cases and the treatment group of 36 cases. The control group was given the single application of regular Western medicine therapy and the treatment group was treated with Ziyin Huayu Tongluo Tang. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.67%, and the control group was 55.33%. The two groups had significant statistical difference（ p 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Ziyin Huayu Tongluo Tang has great therapeutic effects on the treatment of diabetic peripheral nerve lesions.
