一种新型复方中草药消毒剂的性能研究

RESEARCH ON THE PERFORMANCE OF A COMPOUND CHINESE HERBS DISINFECTANT

目的研究一种新型复方中草药消毒剂的杀菌效果及其毒性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物试验方法,对该复方中草药消毒剂消毒相关性能进行了实验室观察。结果以含穿心莲、金银花、板蓝根提取物各1 000 mg/L与20 000 mg/L壳聚糖组成的5号消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌和副溶血性弧菌作用5 min,杀灭对数值均为5.0;但对大肠杆菌杀灭效果较差。5号消毒剂混入扇贝和黄花鱼肉质中作用5 min,对自然菌杀灭率均达到90%以上。该消毒剂对小鼠急性经口毒性LD50值>5 000 mg/kg(体重),对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果阴性。结论本试验5组复方中草药消毒剂中,以5号消毒剂综合消毒性能较优,可进行实际应用研究。

Objective To study the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of a new compound Chinese herbs disinfectant. Methods The suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal test were used to observe the germicidal effects of the new compound Chinese herbs disinfectant. Results The killing logarithm （KL） values of Staphylococcus aureus and Vibrio Parahemolyticus exposed to the No. 5 compound Chinese herbs disinfectant containing honeysuckle, creat and radix isatidis 1 000 mg/L and chitosan 20 000 mg/L for 5 min were 5.0. But the germicidal efficacy was comparatively low for Escherich- ia coli with the same compound. The killing rate of the natural bacteria from hybrid scallops and yellow croaker exposed to the No. 5 compound Chinese herbs disinfectant for 5 min was above 90%. The LDso of the oral acute toxicity of the disin- fectant in mouse was above 5 000 mg/kg ~ bw. The result of mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micr0nucleus test was negative. Conclusion The No. 5 compound Chinese herbs disinfectant has a more effective germicidal efficacy and may be used for the study of the practical application.
