摘要
目的研究纳米银皮肤抗菌液的杀菌效果及与纳米银的浓度及微粒直径的关系。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对该纳米银皮肤抗菌液杀菌效果及其影响因素进行了观察。结果纳米银皮肤抗菌液原液作用1 min,Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ号抗菌液对大肠杆菌杀灭对数值平均为3.76、3.06和2.67;对金黄色葡萄球菌平均杀灭对数值分别为1.38、0.94和0.48;对白色念珠菌平均杀灭对数值分别为4.82、4.04和3.82。浓度高或粒径小的纳米银皮肤抗菌液的杀菌效果好。结论该纳米银皮肤抗菌液具有一定杀菌效果,粒径和浓度对其杀菌效果有影响。
Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy of a nano- silver skin antiseptic solution and the relationship between the efficacy and the concentration and micropartiele diameter of the nano - silver. Methods Suspension quantita- tive germicidal test was used to observe the germicidal effieacy of a nano - silver skin antiseptic solution and the influential factors. Results The average killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli exposed to the nano - silver skin antiseptic solution of number I , II and III for 1 rain were 3.76,3.06 and 2.67 respectively; those of Staphylococcus aureus were 1.38, 0. 94 and 0.48 respectively; those of Candida albicans were 1.38,0.94 and 0.48 respectively. The skin antiseptic solution with higher concentration and smaller nano - silver particle had better germicidal efficacy. Conclusion The nano - silver skin antiseptic solution has germicidal efficacy and the concentration and micropartiele diameter of the nano - silver have in- fluence on its germicidal efficacy.
