摘要
本文研究了用甲亚胺-H 衍生物-5-溴-甲亚胺-H(5-Br-AMH)光度法测定硼的新方法。5-Br-AMH 由5-溴-水杨醛与 H 酸缩合反应生成。在乙醇和 pH5.3HAC-NH_4Ac 缓冲溶液中,试剂与硼显色反应生成黄色配合物,其组成为[B]:[5-Br-AMH]=1:2,表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(430)为6.49×10~3L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),B_2O_3量在0.20~5.0ppm 范围内符合比尔定律。该方法具有显色反应快,配合物稳定,选择性较好,测定范围宽等优点,应用于天然水、囟水、矿石中硼的测定,结果符合质量要求。
A method for the determination of boron by spectrophotometry with 5-Br- -azomethine-H(5-Br-AMH)is studied.The reagent is produced by the reaction of 5-Br- -salicyl with H acid.In ethylalcohol and a buffer solution of HAc-NH_4Ac at pH 5.3,B with reagent reacts to produce yellow chelate.The constitution is[B]:[5-Br-AMH]=1:2, the apparent molar absorptivity at 430 nm is 6.49×10~3L.mol^(-1).cm^(-1),the amount of B_2O_3 is consistent with the Beer's law in the range of 0.20~5.0ppm.The method has some advantages of rapid colour reaction,stabilization,good selectivity and wide determining range.It can be applied to the determination of B in natural waters,bitterns and ores with satisfactory results.
