摘要
示波器是常用的测量与测试工具,在科研和生产中被大量使用,但示波器校准检定始终存在过程烦琐、工作量大、结果报告人工录入出错率高等问题。在对9500示波器校准仪系统组成及原理分析的基础上,通过多个关键技术的突破及配套软件的功能开发,实现了示波器的自动检定及报告自动生成。实际应用表明,设计实现的示波器自动检定系统大大提高了示波器检定工作效率,规范了操作步骤,减少了人为错误,在示波器自动校准领域具有较大的推广应用价值。
Oscilloscopes are the universal measurement equipments and widely used in research and production. But the calibration for oscilloscopes is difficult due to the heavy workload and high error rate of result report by hand. On the ba- sis of analyzing the composition and principle of the 9500 oscilloscope calibrator, an automatic verification system is estab- lished which can automatically calibrate oscilloscopes and generate result reports. The application shows that the oscillo- scopes automatic calibration system can be more effective and standardized the operation procedure with lower human er- ror. And it has a good application prospect.
