摘要 天津于家堡项目外框柱均为箱型柱,由于柱截面较窄,柱内对应外框梁翼缘横隔板较薄,不能进行电渣焊,因此采取了内隔板三面焊接的方式。为了解本工程钢框架在水平荷载作用下内隔板三面焊接箱型柱与H型钢梁刚接节点的受力性能,并与内隔板全焊的情况做对比,建立两种情况节点的有限元模型,对钢节点的受力、变形进行对比分析,对节点的安全性做出评价并供类似情况工程设计和施工参考。 In Tianjin Yujiapu Project, all of the external steel columns are box columns. Due to the narrow column section, the lateral diaphragms corresponding to the flanges of the frame girders are too thin to be connected with electroslag welding. Three-edge welding approach was employed for inner diaphragms. For further understanding the mechanical performances of rigid joints for box columns with Three-edge Welding stiffened plate and H-shaped steel beams, under lateral loading effect, with a comparison that all inner diaphragms being welded in 4 sides, finite element models were set up for both conditions to compare the stress conditions and deformation and ultimately evaluate the safety of steel joints. Which provided references for design and construction of projects under similar engineering conditions.
