南京长江第四大桥钢箱梁制作技术 被引量:7

摘要 南京长江第四大桥为国内首座双塔3跨连续悬索桥,新型锚腹板单元、丁型对位连接横隔板结构,构造细节的精细化要求等均为大桥钢箱梁构造的设计亮点。对大桥钢箱梁结构特点进行分析和研究,通过工艺优化、选用先进的制作技术,详细阐述钢箱梁制作单元划分、单元件制作、整体组焊和预拼装等制作工艺,采用全过程质量控制措施,保证钢箱梁制作精度,系统性地形成此类新型钢箱梁成套制作技术,并在大桥制作中得以成功运用。 Nanjing No. 4 Yangtze River Bridge is the first 3-span continuous suspension bridge in China. Whose steel box girder has many design structure characteristics, for example, the new type of anchor web plate unit, the "丁" para-position connected of diaphragm plate, the fining requirements for the detail of steel box structure etc. Based on the characteristics of steel box girder structure analysis and research, by optimizing the process the advanced technology is used. It was introduced how to separate a whole steel box girder into some manufacturing units, to build the manufacturing units, to build a whole steel box girder, to assemble some steel box girders, etc. Through the whole process optimization and quality control measures, the precision size of steel box girder was ensured. At last,a complete set of manufacturing technologies of the new steel box girder was formed, and was used successfully in the bridge fabrication.
