摘要
从支撑体系搭设、施工作业平台搭建、吊装机械、安装定位几方面,介绍武汉市八一路延长线水上钢箱梁高架桥工程在水上架设钢箱梁高架桥的工艺。施工过程中严格控制支撑体系定位测量精度及钢箱梁吊装方案的编制、审批,加强钢箱梁后期焊接过程的质量控制措施,工程施工效果良好,对类似水上钢箱梁高架桥的施工具有参考价值。
The project is an above-water elevated bridge of steel box girders on Bayi Road Extension Line in Wuhan City. It was introduced the construction technique of erecting an elevated bridge of steel box girders above water from erection of suport system, building working platform, hoisting machinery and installation positioning etc. During the construction, the measuring accuracy of positioning the support system, the preparation of the scheme of lifting steel box girders as well as its approval were all controlled strictly. The measures for quality control of steel box girders in later welding process were also enhancedl thus getting good construction effeet. Which provided a reference for construction of similar projects.
