摘要
通过水钢和德钢两个高炉工程实例对高炉粗煤气系统球节点的传统安装方法和经工艺改进后的新安装方法进行比较。在充分阐述高炉球节点结构和安装特点的基础上,详细说明经工艺改进后的新安装方法的优点和可行性,为类似工程提供参考。
This article made a comparison between traditional installation of spheric joint of crude gas system for Shuigang BF project and that by improved new method for Degang BF project. Based on fully expounding BF spheric joint structure and installation characteristic, it was elaborated the advantages and feasibility of new installation method by detailed figures, which may be a useful reference for the other similar project.
