摘要
针对双泵并联给水回路系统,通过结构简化和假设,建立了水锤计算的基本方程和合理的数学物理模型。构造求解边界条件,利用特征线方法编制水锤计算程序,对双泵切换条件下的水锤现象进行分析计算。研究结果表明,止回阀在关闭过程中阀瓣与阀座出现了剧烈的碰撞现象,系统管路出现了较为剧烈的水锤压力波振荡,两台泵交替时管道压力波动幅度最大。
In this article, the basic equation of water hammer and reasonable mathematical physics models of the dual - pump parallel water supply system are established through reasonable structure simplification and assumptions. Furthermore, by building reasonable boundary conditions, program based on the method of characteristics is compiled to calculate and analyse water hammer on different working conditions. It is showed that fierce collision phenomenon between valve plate and seat happens in the process of closing check valves. What' s more, strenuous water hammer pressure wave oscillation occurs in system pipes, and the amplitude of pressure vibration may reach the highest while switching pumps.
