衍生气相色谱法测定银杏外种皮中单糖

DETERMINATION OF MONOSACCHARIDES IN GINKGO EXOCARP BY DERIVATIZATION GC

研究了衍生气相色谱法测定银杏外种皮中单糖的方法 .银杏外种皮经酸性水溶液提取 ,提取物在盐酸羟胺和乙酸酐的存在下 ,转化成糖腈乙酰酯衍生物 ,用肌醇乙酰酯作内标物 ,EC 1毛细管柱进行分离 ,分离效率高 ,灵敏度高 ,重现性好 .鼠李糖、木糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖的回收率在 94 .7%～ 99.2 %之间 ,变异系数在 3.2 5%～ 6.74 %之间 .

A method for the determination of monosaccharides in ginkgo exocarp by derivatization GC is studied. The monosaccharides in ginkgo exocarp is extracted by acidic water solution, then the extract is derived under the condition of hydroxylamini hydrochloridum and acetic anhydride. The derivative is separated on a EC1 capillary column by using acetyl inositol as internal standard. The contents of rhamnose, xylose, mannose, glucose, galactose are determinated. The average recovery ranges from 94.7% to 99.2% with the cofficient of variation from 3.25% to 6.74%.
