中国专业运动员社会网络结构组成的探索性研究

The Exploratory Research on Chinese Professional Athletes' Social Networks Structures and Analytical Frameworks

中国专业运动员的社会网络具有自身的特殊性。采用定名法和定位法相结合,从个体中心网络和整体网络两个层次构建运动员社会网络结构。个体中心网络由社会支持网络、社会讨论网络、就业支持网络和成绩与成就网络等4个子网络构成,而整体网络又划分为整体支持网络和整体讨论网络。除了运动员社会网络结构,又引入了社会网络结构的影响因素(运动员自身因素和社会因素)和社会网络结构的产生后果(运动员成绩和运动员就业),这3个部分构成了运动员社会网络结构框架,且组成部分之间相互依存和影响。最后经过数据测试和检验,中国专业运动员社会网络具有良好的信度和效度。

Chinese professional athletes＇ social networks structures have their characteristics. Combined with the use of named generator and position generator, this paper establishes Chinese professional athletes＇ social networks＇ structures from 2 levels. The Individual center networks which contain 4 sub - networks： social discussion networks, social support networks, employment support networks and achievement networks and the whole networks which contain the whole support networks and the whole discussion networks. The athletes＇ social networks structures, the influence factors of athletes＇ social networks structures which include the athletes＇ self factors and social factors and the consequences athletes＇ social networks structures which include athletes＇ employment and achievements constitute the athletes＇ social networks frame ,in which the three parts interact each other. Finally after the data＇s test and examination, the Chinese professional athletes＇ social networks＇ structure is satisfied.
