摘要
采用高速摄像机、遥测肌电仪和三维测力台三机同步测试法,对2名相同级别男子标枪运动员从交叉步结束到最后出手时刻运用专门分析软件,并结合人体解剖学、运动训练学、运动生物力学等学科知识分别对其数据进行了运动学、表面肌电及动力学的解析处理。对比发现他们在最后用力技术中存在的问题,从而对其进行技术诊断,为以后训练成绩的提高做理论上的支撑,同时对部分教学理论加以完善。
This thesis applies high - speed cameras, telemetry EMG and three - dimensional force platform, three machines which are simultaneously testing methods ( have not be found). The experiment witness analyzing and processing data of two athletes of the same level from the men' s javelin cross steps to the last shot moments with a special analysis software, human anatomy, sports training, biomechanics and other disciplines of knowledge, concerning kinematics, electromyography and kinetic theories. By contrast, problems and gaps are found in their final throw technologies. Afterwards, a technical diagnosis is made about this case in the hope of providing theoretical support for enhancing training progress and facilitating the current teaching models.
