由丁香油提取99%丁香酚的生产技术研究

Study on Manufacturing Process for 99% Purity Eugenol from Clove Oil

研究一种以碱液（NaOH）处理丁香油提取纯度99%以上丁香酚的工艺方法。在丁香油中加入碱，使丁香酚与碱反应生成丁香酚钠以除去非酚成分，然后加酸中和，获得丁香酚粗产品，再经高效精馏制备高纯度（99%以上）丁香酚，所获取丁香酚的回收率可达95%～100%，若以70%的丁香油加工生产99%丁香酚，丁香酚加工收率达65%，所获产品质量稳定，香味纯正。

A new manufacturing process for high purity（99 % ） eugenol from clove oil with treatment by sodium hydroxide was studied. By adding sodium hydroxide to clove oil, excluding non-phenolic components after reaction between eugenol and sodi- um hydroxide, adjusting solution to neutral with acid, the crude eugenol was obtained. Then it was distilled through high efficacy rectification to get high purity eugenol （purity〉99%）, the recovery of eugenol was 95% to 100%. If 70% clove oil was used, the yield of 99% eugenol was up to 65%. The quality of obtained product was stable with pure odor.
