摘要
研究一种以碱液(NaOH)处理丁香油提取纯度99%以上丁香酚的工艺方法。在丁香油中加入碱,使丁香酚与碱反应生成丁香酚钠以除去非酚成分,然后加酸中和,获得丁香酚粗产品,再经高效精馏制备高纯度(99%以上)丁香酚,所获取丁香酚的回收率可达95%~100%,若以70%的丁香油加工生产99%丁香酚,丁香酚加工收率达65%,所获产品质量稳定,香味纯正。
A new manufacturing process for high purity(99 % ) eugenol from clove oil with treatment by sodium hydroxide was studied. By adding sodium hydroxide to clove oil, excluding non-phenolic components after reaction between eugenol and sodi- um hydroxide, adjusting solution to neutral with acid, the crude eugenol was obtained. Then it was distilled through high efficacy rectification to get high purity eugenol (purity〉99%), the recovery of eugenol was 95% to 100%. If 70% clove oil was used, the yield of 99% eugenol was up to 65%. The quality of obtained product was stable with pure odor.
