摘要 建立了一种利用高效液相色谱同时检测氧化型染发剂中8种染料成分(p-苯二胺、m-氨基苯酚、o-苯二胺、p-氨基苯酚、间苯二酚、氢醌、甲苯-2,5-二胺和p-甲氨基苯酚)的方法。样品经1%亚硫酸钠溶液提取后进样分析,采用依利特C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),以0.1 mol/L醋酸铵溶液(用三乙胺调pH至7.7)-乙腈(96∶4)为流动相,检测波长为280 nm,柱温为40 ℃。样品中的8种染料成分均取得了良好的分离效果,8种染料成分的标准曲线在10~500 μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999。样品的平均回收率为92.8%~102.1%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~2.8%。该方法操作简便、准确,回收率高,适合于氧化型染发剂中8种染料成分的同时测定。 To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for simultaneous determination of eight dyes (p- Phenylenediamine, rn-Aminophenol, o-Phenylenediamine, p-Aminophenol, Resorcinol, Hydroquinone, Toluene-2,5-diamine, p-Methylaminophenol) in oxidation hair dyes, samples were extracted by 1 % sodium sulfite. The HPLC separation was carried out on a C18 column(4. 6 mm× 250 mm, 5 μm), employing 0. 1 mol/L solution of ammonium acetate(adjusting pH to 7.7 by using triethylamine)-acetonitrile(96/4) as the mobile phase. Detection wavelength was 280 nm and the column temperature was 40 ℃. Eight dyes in sample were well separated. The linear ranges of determination were from 10 to 500 g/mL with correlation coefficients of 0. 999 at least. The average spiked recoveries for the eight dyes ranged from 92.8% to 102. 1% with relative standard deviations of 1.1 % to 2.8 %. The method is simple, precise and suitable for simultaneous determination of eight dyes in oxidation hair dyes.
