摘要
为探讨不同连作年限的设施土壤对作物的影响,以长春、白城两地不同种植年限的设施土壤为试验对象,运用盆栽试验方法,研究并分析了不同连作年限的设施土壤对番茄叶片相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等生理指标影响的规律。结果表明:随着连作年限的增加,供试番茄植株体内相对电导率、MDA、POD、SOD含量呈增加的趋势,产量和品质下降,并且两地区的设施土壤比较,白城地区的设施土壤对番茄植株的伤害比长春地区的设施土壤严重。
To explore the effects of greenhouse soil with different continuous cropping years on crops, having greenhouse soil with different planting years in Changchun and Baicheng as objects, we studied the effects of greenhouse soil of different continuous cropping years on relative conductivity, malonaldehyde, peroxidase and superoxide dismutase(SOD) by pot experiment method. The results show that relative con- ductivity, malonaldehyde, peroxidase and SOD in tested tomato have an increasing trend while yield and quality have a decreasing trend with the increase of continuous cropping years. In addition, the damage from greenhouse soil to tomato in Baicheng is more serious than that in Changchun.
