金针菇渣粉双螺杆挤压膨化工艺 被引量:7

摘要 以金针菇渣粉和玉米糁为原料,采用双螺杆挤压膨化工艺,通过单因素试验和正交试验,研究了螺杆转速、挤压膨化温度、物料含水量、金针菇渣粉添加量对产品膨化度的影响,得出金针菇渣粉最佳挤压膨化工艺为螺杆转速170 r/min、挤压膨化温度160℃、物料含水量13%、金针菇渣粉添加量15%。在此工艺条件下,产品的膨化率为10.4%。 The mixture of corn grits and Flammulina velutipes residue screw extrusion technique. Single factor test and orthogonal experiment powder design was extruded with twin methods were applied to analyze the effects of screw speed, extrusion temperature, moisture content, addition of Flanmmlirta re- residue powder on product expansion ratio. The optimal conditions are as follows: screw speed 170 r/min, extrusion temperature 160 ~C, moisture content 13%, addition of Flammulina velutipes residue powder 15%. Under these conditions, the product of the expansion rate was 10.4%.
