先兆子痫患者胎盘滋养细胞MMP-9表达及侵袭性研究

目的研究基质金属蛋白酶-9在胎盘中的表达及与先兆子痫发生的相关性。方法 RT-PCR扩增胎盘绒毛膜组织MMP-9,同时ELISA法测定外周血MMP-9蛋白浓度,结果先兆子痫发生病例中,胎盘组织MMP-9相对于β-actin表达为0.23+0.06,而正常孕妇表达率为0.52+0.12;外周血中MMP-9蛋白相应为102.4+27.2 ng/ml和287.4+46.2 ng/ml,两者差异显著。结论 MMP-9表达与先兆子痫发生相关。

Objective ：To study the matrix metalloproteinase expression in the placenta and occur with pre- eelampsia. Methods ： amplifying MMP - 9 gene of placental chorionie tissue with RT - PCR technology and detecting MMP - 9 concen- tration in peripheral blood by ELISA, Results ： Pre - eelampsia eases, the placenta of MMP - 9 expression relative to 13 - aetin was 0.23 ＋0.06 the normal pregnant expression rate was 0.52 ＋ 0. 12; peripheral blood MMP-9 protein corre- sponding to 102.4 ＋ 27.2 ng/ml and 287.4 ＋ 46.2ng/ml, the difference was significant. Conclusion： MMP - 9 expression was related with pre -eelampsia.
