护理干预对脑梗死运动性失语患者康复治疗依从性的影响

The effects of nursing intervention on the compliance of rehabilitation therapy in patients of motor aphasia after cerebral infarction

目的探讨通过护理干预对脑梗死运动性失语患者康复治疗依从性的影响。方法将62例运动性失语患者随机分为对照组和干预组,对照组实施常规护理、治疗,干预组在此基础上给与针对性护理干预,比较两组治疗效果。结果护理干预后的患者治疗依从性及康复治疗效果均优于对照组。结论通过针对性的护理干预措施,能够明显提高患者的治疗依从性及康复的效果。

Objective： To explore the effects of nursing intervention on the compliance of rehabilitation therapy in pa- tients of motor aphasia after cerebral infarction. Methods： 62 patients of motor aphasia were divided randomly into two groups the intervention group and the control. In the control group, the patients were treated with conventional nursing and treatment. In the intervention group, the patients were treated with conventional nursing and treatment plus nursing inter- vention. And we compared the effects between two groups. Results： The compliance and the effects of rehabilitation therapy in patients of the observation group were much better than the control. Conclusion： Purposely use of nursing intervention measures can increase the compliance of therapy and the effects of rehabilition therapy.
