Multilevel guaranteed house construction's problem and countermeasure research

保障性住房是关系到人民群众安居乐业的重大民生问题,是中央政府高度重视和关心的问题。但因我国住房保障体系建设起步较晚,难免在具体的实施过程中出现一些问题。本文分析了保障性住房建设中存在的问题,并对保障性住房的进一步发展和完善提出了相应的建议和对策。

Security housing is related to the people＇ s life and work, and is the focus of the central govern- ment. But at the beginning of China＇s security housing system, some problems were inevitably caused in the im- plementation process. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction of security housing, and puts forward corresponding suggestions and solutions on improving the development of security housing.
