利用影响力受贿罪作为一种新型的受贿犯罪,在我国《刑法修正案(七)》的新增法条中已经对其作出了明确的规定,这一立法同时也是预防和惩治国内腐败的现实需要,这一受贿犯罪设立了我国刑法对权钱交易行为的惩治盲区。但是值得我们注意的是,利用影响力受贿罪还需要在立法上进一步明确该罪的犯罪对象和犯罪数额等问题。
