摘要 通常雷达主塔举升机构和主塔位置锁紧机构是分开设计的,随着雷达技术的快速发展,常规设计已难以满足整车质量和空间的更高要求。文中设计了一种应用钢球锁紧液压缸的雷达主塔机构,它将举升和锁紧2种功能合二为一,从而大大简化了设计,节约了空间。文中介绍了钢球锁紧液压缸的原理,进行了锁紧强度分析,针对快换接头插不上的现象,改进了液路设计。实际使用表明,该雷达主塔举升机构结构简单可靠,能很好地满足使用要求,对类似产品的设计具有借鉴意义。 The lifting mechanism and the locking mechanism are normally designed as two separate parts in the radar main tower system. With the rapid development of modern radar technology, this conventional design can not meet higher requirements for lighter weight and more compact space. In this paper, the radar main tower mechanism with the ball locking cylinder is designed, which has both lifting and locking capabilities. The principle of the locking cylinder is introduced and the locking strength is analyzed. To solve the coupling failure in quick-action couplers, the hydraulic circuit is improved. Application shows that this simple and reli- able mechanism can meet the use requirements. It provides a reference for similar product design.
