基于PACC的预防性质量管理 被引量:2

摘要 针对国内某些著名品牌企业近几年质量事故不断,本文提出了预防性质量管理的思路,并结合质量管理理论中的过程方法,从过程的输入、过程(资源和活动)、输出3个环节进行分析。在过程阶段提出了通过预防、执行、检查、消除(PACC)工作循环进行预防性质量管理的实施;在输入阶段对人机料法环(4M1E)因素进行控制,并赋予了4M1E在管理上的不同意义;在输出阶段应从结果延伸到客户,避免顾客的非预期使用。文章还对如何有效地实施PACC循环,即PACC与计划、执行、检查、处置(PDCA)循环的有机结合进行了初步的探讨。最后提出了今后的研究方向。 Aiming at frequent quality failures in some well-known domestic brand enterprises in recent years, the paper puts forward the idea of preventive quality management, combined with the process of quality management theory to analyze from three aspects including inputs from the process, the process (resources and activities), and the output. PACC (Prevention, Action, Check and Clearing) cycle is proposed for preventive quality management implementation. In- put is controlled from 4M1E (Man, Machine, Material, Method and Environment), and 4M1E is endowed a different meaning from management point of view. Output is extended to avoid un- intended use by customers. The article also conducted preliminary study on how to effectively implement PACC cycle, which through the combination of PACC and planning, do, check, ac- tion (PDCA) cycle. Finally, the article proposes future research directions.
