D-101大孔树脂对连翘中黄酮类成分的吸附特性研究 被引量:7

摘要 通过静态吸附试验,研究了D-101大孔吸附树脂对连翘黄酮的吸附性能。采用一级动力学方程和二级动力学方程探讨吸附动力学特性;根据Van’t Hoff方程研究吸附热力学参数。结果表明,吸附过程符合二级动力学模型。树脂对连翘黄酮的吸附符合Langmuir等温方程,是物理吸附过程,体系放热6.831kJ·mol-1。 Adsorption characteristic of the D101 macroporous resin on flavonoids in fructus forsythiae L. were researched through static experiments. The adsorption kinetics was studied by the first-order and second-order kinetics equations, and thermodynamic parameters of adsorption were determined with Van' t Hoff equation. The results showed that adsorption kinetics was described by second-order kinetics equation. Langmuir isothermal adsorption equation was successfully employed to describe the macroporous resin to adsorption of the flavonoids in fructus forsythiae L.. The adsorption of quercetin on resin was physical adsorption, and its enthalpy value was 6. 831 kJ.mol-1
