摘要
用电化学聚合的方法制备了四氨基钴酞菁 [Co(TAPC) ]修饰超微传感器 ,探讨了一氧化氮在超微传感器上的电化学催化氧化 ,结果表明 ,电化学聚合PolyCo(TAPC)修饰超微传感器对一氧化氮具有较好的催化氧化作用 ;示差脉冲伏安法的结果表明 ,所研制的微型传感器具有较低的检测限和较高的灵敏度 ;生物体内常见的共存物质如抗坏血酸、儿茶酚胺类神经递质及其代谢产物、NO的降解产物NO2 -等对于NO的测定不干扰 。
Demonstrates the preparation of ultramicrosensor based on electropolymerized films of Co(TAPC),this responses to NO and the the possibilities of their in vivo uses.The ultramisensor based on electropolymerized film of Co(TAPC) and Nafion exhibits a high sensitivity an dselectivity for NO determination.Meanwhile,the demonstrated ultramicrosensor are free from the interference from some biological substance coexisting in biological fluid.The ultramicrosensor could meet the requirements of in vivo measurement of NO.
