摘要
目的:探讨糖皮质激素受体(glucocorticoid receptor,GR)、雄激素受体(androgen receptor,AR)表达对再生障碍性贫血(aplastic anemia,AA)影响。方法:利用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测急性再生障碍性贫血(acute aplastic anemia,AAA)、慢性再生障碍性贫血(chronic aplastic anemia,CAA)以及对照组的外周血单个核细胞胞浆和胞核内AR、GR阳性表达水平。结果:与对照组相比,AAA组、CAA组的AR、GR显著低于对照组(P<0.05);AAA组与CAA组相比,AAA组AR、GR阳性水平显著高于CAA组(P<0.05)。结论:AA患者的AR、GR表达水平下降,提示AA的发病与受体水平密切相关。
Objective To evaluate the effects of expressions of androgen receptor(AR) and glucocorticoid receptor(GR) on patients with aplastic anemia(AA). Methods ELISA was used to detect the positive expression levels of endocrine hormone receptors in peripheral blood mononuclearcells of patients with chronic aplastic anemia(CAA), acute aplastic anemia(AAA) and the control group. Results The expression levels of glucocorticoid receptor and androgen receptor of patients with AAA were significantly higher than those of patients with CAA. And the expression levels of AR and GR in AAA and CAA were both lower than those of the control group. Conclusion The abnormal expression of endocrine hormone receptor may play a major role in patients with aplastic anemia.
