摘要
国际奥委会是以自我遴选制和逆向代表制为基础的非政府组织。在其组织结构中,以主席、副主席、执委等精英人士组成的核心层是国际奥委会妇女体育政策制定和变更的重要推手。通过对国际奥委会历任主席执政期间的政策文本及措施进行分析,梳理出历任主席的性别意识与妇女体育政策嬗变之间的关系。
IOC is a non-governmental organization, based on self-election system and reverse-representative system. In the organizational structure of IOC, the core including president, vice presidents and executive members, is the fundamental advocator to formulate, modify the IOC women sports policy. Analyzing the policy text and measures in every president＇s reign, the research is to reveal the interplay between IOC presidents＇ gender consciousness and IOC women sports policy.
