大型引调水工程招标文件编制中问题及对策探讨

在大型引调水工程招标文件编制中,经常会遇到一些问题,如:投标保证金不规范等。通过工程实践,笔者总结出针对这些问题的对策,如:在编制招标文件中应该要求投标保证金必须从投标企业的基本账户开出等。希望能有助于做好这类工程招标文件编制工作。

Some problems are encountered in large-scale water diversion project tender document preparation, such as substandard bid bond. The author summarizes countermeasures aiming at these problems by project practice, for example： the bid bond should be extracted from the basic account of tender enterprise in the preparation of the tender documents, etc. It is expected that the countermeasures can be beneficial for preparing similar tender documents.
