质量与进度是工程建设的灵魂,本文结合南水北调衬砌工程,分析了影响大型渠道衬砌质量和进度的主要因素,提出了相应的控制方法,为今后大型渠道衬砌施工质量、进度控制提供参考。

The quality and progress are critical for project construction. Major factors affecting large channel lining quality and process are analyzed by combining with lining project in South-to-North water diversion, and corresponding control methods are proposed in the paper, thereby providing reference for controlling construction quality and progress of large channel lining construction in the future.
