摘要 对不同类型的生物样品的微波酸消解法与常规酸消解法作了比较研究,方法用于茶叶和贻贝标准参考物质的定值分析,取得满意结果. Wet-microwave digestion method for biological samples has been studied,and compared with other digestion methods.Digestions were carried out in PTFE(Teflon) closed vessels with HNO_3/HClO_4/HF(5:1:0.2),or HNO_3/HClO_4(5:1),or HNO_3/HCl (3:1),or HNO_3/H_2O_2(3:1)as digestion agents.The organic materials were decomposed completely using HNO_3/HCl or HNO_3/H_2O_2 for tea leaves and lotus-seed flour,and HNO_3/HClO_4 for freeze-dried mussel.Wet-microwave digestion method has been used to digest standard reference materials,tea leaves and mussel,and these biological samples were subsequently analyzed by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry.
