抗结核FDC治疗初治肺结核患者依从性调查

Compliance investigation on antituberculosis fixed dose combination therapy in patients with initial tuberculosis treatment

目的了解抗结核固定剂量复合剂治疗初治肺结核患者依从性情况。方法将病例分为抗结核FDC治疗组和板式组合药对照组，均采用问卷调查的形式，于治疗前、强化期末和疗程结束后就有关抗结核依从性问题询问患者，并进行记录。，结果治疗前表示能够坚持服用6～8个月的比例FDC组与板式组合药组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），愿意隔日服药的比例FDC组大于板式组合药组（P〈0．05）；强化期末能够坚持按医生服药的比例FDC组大于板式组合药组（P〈0．05），感觉药片太大的比例FD（：组大于板式组合药组（P〈0．05），感觉药片数量太多的比例FDC组小于板式组合药组（P〈0．05），感觉服药无困难的比例FDC组大于板式组合药组（P〈0．05），表示能够再坚持4个门治疗的比例FDC组大于板式组合药组（P〈0．05）；疗程末坚持按医生服药的比例FDC组大于板式组合药组（P〈0．05），FDC组与板式组合药组感觉服药难受均主要见于前2个月（P〉0．05）。结论抗结核FDC治疗初治肺结核能提高患者的依从性，可作为一种新型制剂替代板式组合药。

Objective To learn about the compliance situation of antituberculosis fixed dose combination （FDC） therapy in patients with primary tuberculosis treatment. Methods TB patients were divided into FDC treatment group and plate combination drug group, which were used in the form of questionnaires. Before treatment and after the end of treatment, strengthening period and compliance issues related TB patients were asked and re- corded. Results There was no difference of the proportion of taking 6 -8 months between FDC group and plate combination drug group （P 〉 0.05） . The proportion of willing to take medicine every other day of FDC group was greater than that of plate combination drug group （P 〈 O. 05） ; The proportion of adhering to the medication by the doctor at the end of strengthening period of FDC treatment group was greater than that of the plate combination drug group （ P 〈 O. 05 ） ; The proportion of feel tablets too big of FDC group was greater than that of plate combination medieine group （P 〈 O. 05 ） ; The proportion of feeling too many pills of FDC group was less than that of plate combination medicine group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The proportion of feeling no diffi- culty in taking the ratio of combination drug of FDC group was greater than that of plate group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The proportion of representation can adhere to four months of FDC group was greater than that of plate combi- nation drug group （P 〈 O. 05 ） ; The proportion of adhering to medical treatment at the end of FDC group was greater than that of the drug - plate combination drug group （P 〈 0.05 ） . FDC group and plate combination drug group feel uncomfortable taking the medicine all in the first two months （P 〉 0.05 ） . Conclusions An- tituberculosis FDC initial treatment of tuberculosis can improve patients＇compliance and can be used as a com- bination drug to replace the plate.
