体检人群不同血糖水平与代谢异常的相关性

Correlation between blood glucose level and metabolic disorder in check-up crowd

目的了解体检人群不同血糖水平与年龄、体重指数、收缩压、舒张压、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、虹尿酸之间的相关性。方法选取2013年6～8月在某院体检中心进行体检的1069例资料完整体检人群进行统计学分析，观察空腹血糖组（NFG）、空腹血糖调节受损组（IFG）及2型糖尿病组与多代谢的变化特点。结果NFG、IFG、2型糖尿病组3组的体重指数、高血压、高胆固醇、高尿酸血症发生率依次递增；多代谢异常在IFG组、2型糖尿病组检出率明显高于NFG组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论本研究对预防和延缓2型糖尿病的发生、发展有重要意义。

Objective To understand correlation between different blood glucose levels and age, body mass in- dex, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, triglycerides, uric acid in check -up crowd. Methods Selected 1 069 cases with complete data in a hospital for medical examination medical center t＇rom June to August of 2013 to analyze statistically. Observed variation features of fasting glucose group （NFG）, impaired fasting glucose regulation group （IFG） and type 2 diabetes mellitus and metabolic. Results Body mass index, hypertension, high cholesterol, high incidence of hyperuricemia of NFG, IFG, 2 diabetic groups ascend in order. IFG group and type 2 diabetic group was higher than that NFG group for multiple met- abolic disorders, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） .
