基于业务流程外包的软件测试专业校企合作模式研究

我国对软件测试人才的需求日益增长,而高职院校在人才培养方面还存在不少问题。为了有效利用校企合作的教育平台促进软件测试专业的建设,本文从软件开发企业的工作流程分析出发,结合当前比较流行的业务外包模式,提出了基于业务流程外包的软件测试专业校企合作模式。从实施的成效表明,这种新的合作模式能够达到校企双赢,提高软件测试专业的人才培养水平,有效地推动高职教育教学改革。

At present, the demand for Software Testing Professional in China has kept rising. However, there are still quite a few problems in the personnel training situation that are required to be attended to by the higher vocational schools. In order to make the most of the educational platform resulting from School-Enterprise Cooperation to advance the construction of Software Testing Professional, the text, based on the workflow analysis of software development enterprise as well as the current popular outsourcing model, presents the model of School-Enterprise Cooperation in Software Testing Professional on the basis of business process outsourcing. In view of the effect of its implementation, it＇ s obvious this new model can benefit both school and enterprise. Besides, it can also help developing the Software Testing Professional, raise the standards of personnel training and effectively advance the teaching reform of Higher Vocational Education.
