On the Employment Mentality of Contemporary Graduates:Problems and Measures

当代大学生的就业心态处于亚健康状态,他们对自己的能力以及社会需求缺乏全面了解,对就业难的严峻形势估计不足,加上高校对大学生就业教育、引导不足,社会相应政策并没有起到应有的作用,使得大学生就业形势更为严峻。实现大学生、学校与社会三方良性互动,是培育大学生健康就业心态、实现大学生充分就业的必要路径。

Contemporary graduates＇ their own abilities and social needs employment mentality is in the sub-healthy state, lacking comprehensive understanding about without a clear awareness of the serious situation for employment difficulties. In addition, the situation becomes worse when universities do not educate or guide them enough regarding employment, and social corresponding policies do not play their due role. To achieve positive interactions among undergraduates, universities and the society is a necessary path to cultivate the graduates＇ healthy employment mentality and realize full employment.
