摘要
本文以乙二醇二乙醚二胺四乙酸(EGTA)、三乙四胺六乙酸、亚氨基二乙酸及羟乙基亚氨基二乙酸等氨基多羧酸为荧光试剂,研究了荧光法测定钆、铽的最佳条件。其中,以EGTA体系为最佳,测定钆、铽的绝对检测限分别达到0.2和0.0025μg/ml。并将该法成功地应用于稀土分离富集物中钆、铽的同时测定。
Fluorimetric determination of Gd^(3+), Tb^(3+) with ethyleneglycol-bis(aminoethylether)-tetraacetic acid(EGTA), N-(2-hydroxyethyl)iminodiacetic acid, iminodiacetic acid, triethylenetetraamie hexaaetic acid as fluorescent reagents has been discussed.EGTA is determined as the best fluorescent reagent, and the optimal conditions of fluorimetric determination of Gd^(3+),Tb^(3+) have been proposed. The detection limit of Gd^(3+) and Tb^(3+) is 0.2 and 0.0025μg/ml, respectively. Using this method, Gd^3 and Tb^(3+) in separated rich rare earth oxides have been determined simultaneously with satisfactory results.
