摘要
针对目前工程选址问题中的What is where?问题进行了专题研究,在前人研究的基础上提出了一种多因素交叉耦合选址理论。该理论将影响工程选址中的自然要素与工程要素之间建立了映射关系,利用交叉融合的方法构建了数学模型,并通过设定选址阈值,来确定符合条件的选址区域。该理论不仅可以解决选址中的What is where?问题;而且,在选址条件中加入目标属性特征,也可解决目标识别中的Where is what?问题,为传统的目标识别提供一种新的方向和思路。
Aimed at solving the present location problem that what is where? The coupled location theory of the multi-factors cross was presented based on the predecessor' s research.According to the method of cross couple,the mapping relation between the nature factors and engineering factors was built by the mathematic way.The location areas were also selected by setting the threshold.This theory not only could solve the location problem that what is where? But also could solve the target identification problem that where is what? It provides a new way and a innovational thought for traditional target identification.
