摘要
分析海淀区食堂及餐馆的食品安全状况,可以为指导食品安全监督工作提供参考依据。本研究根据《餐饮服务食品安全监督动态等级评定表》得分及扣分情况,找出其扣分率较高的检查内容并比较了食堂和餐馆的食品安全状况。针对调查中发现的问题,提出了相关建议。
Analyzing food safety situation of the canteen and restaurant can provide a reference for food hygiene supervision work. Canteen and restaurant food safety status were analyzed through a table named catering industry quantitative classification table. At the same time , the issues with high point of deduction were found out. In view of the problems founded in the research, we give some related proposals.
