三维电极法和Fenton试剂法对染料废水处理的效果比较 被引量:34

摘要 用分类归纳法分析了活性碳纤维 ( ACF)三维电极法和 Fenton试剂法对染料废水的处理效果 .结果表明 ACF三维电极法对各类染料的脱色率都很高 ,对还原染料、直接染料的总有机碳( TOC)去除率较高 ,且效果稳定 ;Fenton试剂法的效果受染料种类和结构的影响较大 ,但对相似结构、相同种类染料的处理效果相似 ;对还原蒽醌类染料废水的色度去除率和 TOC去除率较差 ;对偶氮类染料的色度去除率和 TOC去除率较高 .两种方法对染料废水的适应性不同 。 The treatment effect of dye wastewater with three dimensional Activated Carbon Fiber (ACF) electrode and Fenton reagent was investigated with grouping analysis, respectively. Almost all kinds of dye solution are decolorized in ACF process. And TOC removal in the solution of vat dye and direct dye is higher than that in others. In Fenton process, the reaction in dye solution varies greatly with the dye of different type and chemical structure. But the reaction behavior among the dye in behavior of similar type and similar chemical structure is similar. The removal of color and TOC of vat anthraquinone dye are the lowest but those of azo dye are the highest. Based on the above results the two reactions would be fitted in the wastewater treatment of different kinds of dye. And the deficiency of one in the treatment effect could be supplied by another.
