摘要 结合着色随机 Petri网 ( CSPN)理论及计算机仿真技术 ,提出了 SDM- CSPN仿真模型 ,为研究组织结构、信息访问结构、时间、信息失真、决策方法及任务环境等多种因素对企业决策机制效率的影响提供了一种新的思路和方法 ,从而指导现代企业进行组织的设计与优化 .以 ARENA软件为仿真平台 ,通过实例 ,给出了决策方法因素影响企业决策机制效率的仿真结果 .结果表明 ,当企业的决策机制与企业所处的外部环境及内部条件相匹配时 。 Based on colored stochastic Petri net and computer simulation technology, a simulation model called SDM CSPN was proposed. This model is used to study how the organization structure, information access structure, information distortion, time, decision procedure and task environment affect the performance of decision mechanism. An example of implementations was provided to illustrate the proposed methodology. The simulation result shows that the decision performance is high when the decision mechanism matches with the external environment and internal condition of the firm.
