摘要 本文拟定了在4.05mol/L硫酸介质中,0.5mol/L碘化铵存在下,以甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)萃取钢铁中铅、砷、锑、铋、锡。然后以4mol/L硝酸反萃取,水相经浓缩定容后以电感耦合等离子体直读光谱仪进行同时测定的新方法。铜同时被萃取,对铋的测定产生光谱干扰,输入干扰系数加以修正。该方法已应用于我厂日常生产的各类合金钢及高温合金中。站果令人满意。 A method for the simultaneous determination of Pb, As, Sb, Bi, and Sn in iron and steel has been developed. In 4.05 mol/L H_2SO_4 medium in the presence of 0.5 mol/L ammomium iodide, micro amounts of Pb, As, Sb, Bi and Sn can be extracted with methyl isobutyl ketone simultaneously. The organic phase Was backextracted with 4.0mol/L HNO_3. Then, water phase was concentrated to 10 ml volume, and determined by ICP-AES. Copper also is extracted, and interfered with the determination of bismuth. The determined data for bismuth are corrected using interferential coefficient. The method has been applied to the determination of steel and supperalloy with satisfactory results.
